We had a short one-night stay in the twin suite located on the first floor, viewing towards the entrance/street, of this lovely Best Western. Check-in with reception was very organized and welcoming, and also helpful around all questions. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods for the machine in the room. Water and what I believe was Apple Spritzer could be found in the rooms small fridge. Amenities included the usual expected shampoo, shower gels etc but also bath salts for the excellent bathtub facing a TV that really stood out after a long day of travelling - especially since it fits two. There is a bar on the ground floor and a restaurant that serves a reasonable priced menu, also via room service. Some snacks can be bought right at the reception. The place is very clean and well looked after. The continental breakfast offers everything you'd expect and was included in our room's rate (though that might vary for other rooms). Parking in the underground car park is currently 9 euros a night. A WiFi password was provided on check-in and its signal was strong throughout the whole stay.

We were given a nice quite room but unfortunatelly there was a strong perfume smell in the room, which my partner and I couldnt stand but the reception changed our room immediately. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were friendly and had a smile all the time. We thought the transportation to the city center would be a challenge but on the contraty. There are two alternative on taking the bus to the city. Also there are supermarkt and restaurants near the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean floor without carpets in the room (more hygienic) but carpet in the hallways (no noise) Breakfast excellent: vegetable and fish available including cream cheese for those who don't eat cold cuts and similar products. I also appreciate individual packages of jam (as opposed to jam in an open jar)

Highly recommend this very attractive hotel for many reasons: exceptionally designed rooms that provide all the comforts for a good nights rest. The front terrace is inviting and so is the long bar to accommodate all your wishes. The breakfast satisfies one for the whole day. The coffee is also very good, and lastly the Best Western Premier Novina Hotel Regensburg serves Regensburg's favorite beer, Kneitinger.

The bus connection to the university is scarce (outside school period, only one bus every 40 minutes!), and returning from the city center in the night is also an adventure
